MM Price: $875....come and get it - or I can probably drive it over to you, if you can drive me back home.
1999 Toyota Camry XLE V6 with an automatic transmission, that has about 241,000 miles. I've owned the car for a little over four years
car runs well - it's a cheap car
It has some significant cosmetic issues (fading paint, dings, dents, etc.) and the parking brake light is currently on. The interior could use a good cleaning, and the leather in the passenger seat has a tear
the AC leaks, but I charged it around June and it held until about Sept. I have a new condenser, which I will throw in (you install....really easy)
Clean VA Title (no lien).

I know I'm not the only one who plays Forza 6 and I know I'm not the only one who loves the amazing photo mode in the game. Thought I'd start a thread for different photo mode pictures you all have taken.
Here are my first pictures I've somewhat tried and uploaded of a 1M: https://flic.kr/s/aHsko8L6Rk
The more I drive the 1M in Forza the more I feel like I need one. Damn good car in Forza. So neutral it's great.

I figured i'd throw this up here. It's ending in a couple hours, and looks like it might go cheap (no reserve auction).
XBox 360, some games, and some xbox games..never play it anymore, but it has worked perfectly for years.

I have a set of Toyo Proxes RR tires for sale, size 205/50R15. I purchased them new this year for use at the NASA championships. They where on the car for the final race only, then they were removed from the car and are stored, bagged, in my climate controlled basement. I have decided to do something different next season so I will not be using them. They would also be great TT or HPDE, or autocross tires (I've gotten more than a season of racing from a set on my Miata beofre they started to drop off) I paid $771.24 for them from Phil's Tire.
$500

| WTB: Michelle The Miata's Replacement |

Howdy, everyone! As we all know, Michelle isn't feeling too well. It's time to send her to the market and fetch some money before she croaks, so it's time to buy a new calf to fatten up for the winter.
I'm not entirely set on another Miata just yet. My budget this time around is much better. I'm thinking $3000-$4000, while $4000 is pushing it. Preferably a trade for the Miata involved since it's not sold yet.
I have a deal in the works for Chan's E46 pending me getting the money from Matthew, but this is just in case things don't work out. I want to be on top of getting Michelle replaced. Plus, I'm not sure if BMW ownership is for me.
Really, I'm just looking for suggestions or places to look. I don't know what I want yet and I'm not really sure where to start. Y'all basically did 90% of the work looking for my Miata. I'm not ready to pull the trigger at this exact moment, but I will be soon.
I'd prefer something sporty, obviously. Something that is possible to auto-x
RWD
4 Doors or back seats would be a plus
Somewhat reliable. I'll have two vehicles, so it's okay if it's not Civic reliable, but nothing too egregious.
Manual
Nothing that's too much of a project. The Miata was fine because I had all summer to work on it, but I'd rather buy something that won't cost me $1000 and 100 hours to get working.
Thanks.

So my wife accepted a new job with Deloitte in our local area and has to come to NOVA in early Janurary for orientation. We will be staying around the corner of Duke St. And Diagonal Road in Alexandria on 1/2-1/4. I'm not sure who is close to that area but we will be there from 1/2/15-1/5/15. Sam and I would love to get together with some MM'ers for dinner and drinks one night. Also, if someone isn't working, I will be looking for something to do during the day on 1/4 and 1/5.
Basically we are looking to see who is around that area on the evenings of 1/3, 1/4; and during the day of 1/4 and 1/5. Just let me know.

Are there any plans in the works for the 2016 car show? BRR is working on the 2016 autocross schedule and would like to coordinate with the car show again if that is something that the club wants to do.
Let me know if there is interest and if so we can start to work on that.

Hello all! With a heavy heart, I must inform you that Michelle has met her demise. Now it is time for us to part ways. A front end collision has done the following:
THE GOOD:
Clean title - Doesn't need to be trailered at all, but it wouldn't be a bad idea since the airbag has been deployed
Valid VA inspection through June 2016
Car still runs, and drives just the same as it ever did
Strongest 1.6 I've ever driven. No visible smoke or anything. Might burn 1/10th a quart of oil in between changes if that. Just enough to put some black on the bumper if you don't wash it for a few months
Seats are in excellent condition. Just need a cleaning. Driver side has foamectomy mod
The rest of the interior is a 8/10 in my personal opinion
Aftermarket head unit with Sony Xplode speakers with custom Cool Whip Container rain guards. +5 horsepower
Brand new pads and rotors on rear, pads on front (still have cross hatching on rear rotors)
New tires (<3000 miles)
NB Wheels
New Water pump, timing belt, heater hoses, and radiator.
Roof is in fantastic condition beside the leaking on the passenger side and a small tear in the window which has been taped
New window regulator on driver side
New front driver lower ball joint
Airbag sensor module has been replaced (Couldn't get the old one out so there are two in the dash)
A/C and Heat work fantastically
Upgraded 1.8 Calipers and brackets on REAR ONLY
Brand new battery (not the proper AGM OEM better)
THE BAD:
Bent both front fenders and bumper
Broken Radiator mounts
Hood is bent and radiator support is pushed backwards and bent
Thermostat now weeps slightly from gasket
Passenger headlight motor does not work and will drain battery if plugged in
Airbag has deployed
Door card on driver side catches door jam a little
Paint on every panel has chipped away in at least one spot from the shock
I believe either the subframe has shifted or the steering rack has, as the front passenger wheel has positive camber now
Engine makes a few more noises than it did before, but still pulls the same as it ever did
Speedometer cable makes noise if the temperature is under 40*
Rear right caliper is sticking
Roof does not seal perfectly at the top of the passenger window. Heavy rain causes water to come inside if the car has sat for a few hours
Two tiny chips in windshield that are basically invisible since I sealed them with a repair kit
New clutch, but has a bit of chatter
Idles at 1500, but drops down to normal when A/C is on. (Idle speed control valve)
Paint looks good from 20 feet where there still is paint. You can tell it was a cheap paint job by the previous owner
Trunk leaks a little through the third brake light
Rear main seal may be leaking. Never dripped on the ground no matter how long I let it sit before the accident
I shut the trunk too hard and it broke the plastic piece between the trunk and the bumper right after I took the pictures (NOT SHOWN IN PHOTOS)
Here is the build thread for the car since I bought it in May: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=11477
The car will be in Lynchburg, Virginia by Saturday (12/19/15). Asking price is $1200. Open to negotiation. Please buy this so I can go on and purchase my next bad decision.

Where are some good hiking spots up around harrisonburg and/or afton. Thinking about going up to bold rock (in nellysford, closer to afton I guess) this weekend. Depending on how that goes, I think I'd like to check out some other places too but while I'm out that way, I think I'd like to check out some scenery and mountains and shit. All the stuff I didn't do but should have while I was in school. I heard there's some trails off of skyline drive but that's as much as I know. No remote idea where trailheads are located and never been on skyline drive so :dunno:
