And you can always change it later, too. Better stock up on earplugs though.

If Kaan can work on it Easter weekend it will be done. I'll be driving down for sure to help him out as he has my brake fluid to help me install my brakes lol.

And yeah I mean Kaan posted the picture of the rear flare on my thread so I had to show the whole car haha. To each their own. I don't mind a good stance, but yeah that is extreme and I kind of like it because of how unique it is though even if it makes the car undriveable for the most part. I bet it took a shit ton of work to get where that is.

I got a $100 on that bet Mikey Wink

Saturday night was a little rough.... but I got some work in on the car Sunday. I had to chase down a battery since the leaky interstate battery finally kicked it.

3inch by 9 inch hole I cut out in the floor... with tin snips

I need to prep it some more but I figured I'd take a break and cut/bang some metal out to patch it.

tonight I weld, rebleed the brakes... tomorrow I tighten up the front bumper and curse at the rear bumper. Friday it gets dropped off for the alignment.

Cheater mods, You cant modify the floor pans in HC can you?

its not a rule. Smile

I WILL need to do some real work when its cage time though. this is a multi plane patch but its right at where that floor plate would be. it was going to be done anyway, but now its required... no bolt ins

I still need clean the 20 years of dust and shit out from inside the car. maybe I should take the hatch off and drive down the road to blow it all out

I tacted in the new metal. 18ga to match the thickness of the seam and the metal rear of that. the pan is 20ga maybe
[Image: Tacted%20In_zpsm1ig9ron.jpg]

I took it slow, moved the heat around, ground down the thin metal side to make sure I didn't over heat it. 1st coat of sealer

while waiting for the plate to cool I did some bondo work. my bad side might turn out to look something like a fender... but at this point I care very little.

Might as well remove all the sound deadening while you have the interior pulled apart. dry ice is yo friend.

if I have time i'll dry ice it... I need to find a local place to pick some up. the priority is bumpers, bondo, alignment, and inspection
