I'm not saying this isn't awesome, but that's probably gonna push what like the $90K mark for a Jeep? The SRT is already laughably expensive at close to $80k out the door down here

I'm about a minute in. Apparently at some point the driver becomes an asshat re: a GT3. Not sure I'll make it.

i was mostly interested in the instructor. all i want is to know more about him, how he became an instructor, if this group is getting rid of him, etc.

I got about 4:30 in and I didn't get to the part where the Corvette "outmuscled" the GT3. In fact the GT3 was dead even or pulling away on a lot of the straights. The only time the Corvette really caught back up from a massive gap was when the GT3 got stuck behind I think it was a GTR in one of the turns. You could see the grip the GT3 had in the high speed sweeping turns, the guy on the Corvette couldn't maintain his acceleration.

It would make me REALLY nervous to be tracking a high dollar car like that with untrained douchebags in high powered missiles trying to kill me in every corner though...I would probably wave someone past too if I thought they were being too aggressive.

Corvette driver only had and on/off switch for throttle that was scary. Didn't even brake hard or late seemed to just drag the brakes. Line was no where near consistent. Overall scary and would not allow him to continue... if I ever instruct it will be a slow ass car.

i think its funny people (if you can call youtube commenters that, sometimes i wonder) are trying to measure the vette up against the GT3 as if that driver was some kind of benchmark to aspire to. both drivers were taking shit-awful lines and driving outside any sense of respect or caution for each other or the other poor saps stuck in their group. the whole thing is a circus and if anything i came away thinking, "holy shit can just any dumb slob go that seriously fast in these things?" which rustles my jimjams a little bit.

I like the Jeep Hellcat thing soley because if it actually is good for a 0-60 of 3s, watching a flying brick keep up with a 911 Turbo in a straight line would be hilarious.

HC Jeep + a quartet of Mickey T's = dead hook even on the street.
