BaT jumped the shark when they started auctioning the lamest of low mileage vehicles.

I do.
The BMW is a fine car but some things have been more hassle than they should have been - for example my windshield saga which was 5 trips back to the body shop and 2 new pieces of glass. Not the car's fault at all but its soured me a little on the experience. I had high expectations on this thing given how sought after they are and I just feel like I havent gelled with the car the way I have with some others - I dont love it. I dont find it very engaging to drive and the controls on the car all feel so "heavy" and its a bit numb to drive. A RWD m-sport E91 is probably the closest thing to what I want, unless someone figures out how to swap a manual into an F31.
We'll see where that S4 ends up - my ceiling is going to be $20k and I have some questions I gotta post for the seller and it also will have a future timing chain job looming. If this isnt the droid, then its either live with an auto with an F31, or buy a new Golf sportwagen and GTI Turbo + APR tune.

If it doesn’t work out, you could just get this one and put 15g of work into it / manual swap it - https://jalopnik.com/at-5-000-could-this...1828116827

I saw that. I also considered buying an automatic RWD E91 (they're about $5k cheaper than a manual) and paying a shop (or DJ?) to swap in the twin turbo 135/335 drivetrain. Its just a little more than I want to get into right now.
Of course, buying a 10 year old Audi means that something newer/CPO will probably follow closely behind it because I'm not enough of a fool to think that is a one-car solution, especially after the BMW experience.

Sehr selten M5 von Hartge zum Verkauf, in Deutschland gelegen. Das Imola Red ist ziemlich schön. Jemand sollte das nach Amerika importieren.

Lies! e39 M5's don't have water cooled alternators - I can see right through the air vents to the coils on mine. I think 540's do, though, along with a couple other issues that don't exist on the M.
My german is rusty, what's special about that one? I thought H50's were 3ers.

I forgot how awful the interiors were in some of those cars. The red/black leather is so ugly.

I saw it on the "Obscure Cars For Sale" group on FB. The guy who posted it referenced it being a F50 (?), either way I'm not sure what's exactly special about it other than being dead sexy and probably really rare.
Friend of mines mom bought a trans am and never drove it. Now it's for sale: https://m.imgur.com/a/8omxZkl

Ray Schumin is selling his S2000. If you've been to any SCCA Autocross in VA in the last half decade, you've seen this car ripping it up out there.
