as awesome as the car was, smart move :thumbup:

saving money now will allow you to have bigger and better years down the line. if the car was keeping you down [financially], the effects would last for MANY years.

I'm with you. I had the same epiphany when I sold my STi because I wanted to buy a home. You made a wise decision, that thing can NOT have been cheap to maintain...you'll have another fun toy again someday Smile

yep that was my thinking, i want to see what kind of job i get after i graduate. hopefully another lotus is only a couple years away. i wasn't planning on selling it but i found a guy that offered $1k less than what i had originally bought it for and decided to be smart for once.

i say it's always nice to enjoy the vehicle and i'm glad you owned it, but that's a very smart move to take that kind of opportunity.
