There is something fun about discustingly raw HP and Torque, 79 Mustangs with 800 HP, 78 Cudas with supercharges so big you have to increase the spring rates up front, *sigh*. Being that I drive a truck as my DD, I get a real kick out of it when someone takes a truck and does a car's job when it comes to speed and/or handling while still keeping site of a truck's purpose.

This is a video of a Ford F-350 Extended cab with it's DESIEL engine tricked to maximum capacity. I do not have specs on it unfortunately, just the video. From what I can tell, he gets a bad start, and still pulls an 11.42 @ 118.11 mph Quarter Mile... I think if you listen carefully, you can here his tires spinning to the 60 foot mark and maybe even a little farther.

The race will be at California Speedway on December 18-19 (Fontana, CA). How many of you guys would be down to do something like this? We'd have to order airfare (or train or bus) very early. Maybe we could offer a trip discount (or free) to 1 or 2 MMembers as a prize for something. The tickets are only $50 for a weekend pass with paddock access. And Fontana is close to LA so we can probably party a lil bit too, or even rent a supercar hock:

Apparently this DVD is a documentary about Moto GP through the eyes of current racers and former champions. From the trailer it looks badass. And its even narrated by the young Obi Wan Kenobe (Ewan McGregor).

Yes, I still frikin have these wheels that I used on my E36. :? The guy that bid highest on ebay over 6 months ago hasn't paid up and has finally backed out. Aparently he had the time to wreck his car he too so long. :roll: So they're on the market again. Will fit any non-M E36 as well as E46 323-328. As you can see from the pics, they're in great shape, the 2nd pic shows the only blemish on one wheel, a couple inches of light curb rash. Tires are 225/50/16 Kumho 712's with maybe 30-40% tread remaining. Inner edges are worn a bit more than outer (mad camber yO), would pass VA inspection one more time. Have been stored indoors since last fall (just ask Jess how much of our pantry is available )

Don't know what Supermoto is? Basically its like a mix of motocross and road racing. Some of the race is on tarmac, some is on dirt, and it includes the requisite MX big jumps.
