There is something fun about discustingly raw HP and Torque, 79 Mustangs with 800 HP, 78 Cudas with supercharges so big you have to increase the spring rates up front, *sigh*. Being that I drive a truck as my DD, I get a real kick out of it when someone takes a truck and does a car's job when it comes to speed and/or handling while still keeping site of a truck's purpose.
Here's my latest faciniation:
This is a video of a Ford F-350 Extended cab with it's DESIEL engine tricked to maximum capacity. I do not have specs on it unfortunately, just the video. From what I can tell, he gets a bad start, and still pulls an 11.42 @ 118.11 mph Quarter Mile... I think if you listen carefully, you can here his tires spinning to the 60 foot mark and maybe even a little farther.
