It lacks sensation in a pleasurable way and you're still compelled to spend your money on it cause it's overall a good deal. But you're not gonna look back on it and think "man that thing drove so well". It's a classy German appliance that has potential to go fast that causes you no issues with a warranty.

100% agree. The steering feel was nearly as bad as the throttle response.

Final chapter on the lug bolt/hub issue. Its at auto scandia now, about to receive new hubs and wheel bearings.

Previous shop, I asked them to rotate the tires when they changed the oil about 2 months ago. The car has spacers, 10mm front, and 15mm rear, if I'm remembering, and the lug bolts are longer than factory and different lengths to match.

The baboons at the previous shop put some of the short lug bolts in rear with the longer spacers, causing not enough thread engagement and the hubs to strip. I left a message with the customer service rep for the mr tire chain that has posted her phone # on the yelp reviews. If I dont get a call back today I'll keep digging, and if I dont get anywhere I'll take them to small claims court. If it was a small thing I'd just yell at them, but this is going to be an $800 repair and I'm not equipped to do this one on my own.

My blood pressure is boiling right now.

Ouch dude that's a tough one to eat when it's not your fault, and you're about to unload the car Sad That one will cut into the ole bottom line.

Hopefully corporate does the right thing and helps you out on it...I wouldn't hold my breath personally but it's always worth the good fight

My 135is and a 2009 Vespa scooter.

135is will be sold as soon as I make the deal on this E91 I'm chasing after, will consolidate down to one car now that my wife is working downtown, and I'm working 4 miles from home. Its rare we use both cars at once anymore.

'72 Honda CB350 also incoming but its sort of... some assembly required.

Oh man, never post about an upcoming car purchase before papers are signed. I don't believe in jinxes, but that is absolutely a jinx.

If it's like the kind you've been talking about picking up, sounds awesome and good luck!
