^ I was watching some show where the guy made candied bacon just by generously sprinkling brown sugar over the bacon and baking it so the sugar caramelized.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't make a simple syrup with bourbon and brown sugar and do the same thing to get bourbon infused candied bacon. Get on it.

Could also do bourbon caramelized onions w/bacon bits and put it on something. Doesn't matter what.

I happen to make a delicious candied bacon with fresh cracked black pepper.. Like I said. I'll make some Bacon "Lollies"
