Mom is awesome and making a side dish for me to bring.

So last night I totally said to Rex, I'll bet Jake talks his mom into making him a side dish to bring. But yes, kids we need side dishes. We are getting beer (some), burgers, brats, buns. But we'll need side dishes and more beer. Also, we'll have the slushie machine going too.

We'll also have the slushie machine. Frozen Long Islands on one side, something fruity on the other. Mzybe Lynchburg Lemonade. Whatever it is, it'll get you drunk.

So, I think we've got plenty of food.

We'll need:

Moar Beers.
Do any of you fruity assholes drink Wine? Well, if you do, you'll have to bring it.
Sides.

I know sides are the hardest part. Everyone is tempted to bring chips. And we'll need chips, for sure. But if nobody brings chips, the grocery store is like 2 blocks away. So try and concentrate on sides that aren't chips.

Ideas:
Fresh cut fruit / Fruit Salad.(Mmmm!)
Mac/potatoes and Cheese. (we have an oven, if you let me know when you're coming I'll preheat it for you)
Veggies & Dips. (Guac? 7 Layer? Ranch-dressing-mix-and-sour-cream? You are the master of your own destiny.)
Nuts?

We'll also have the grill, which will probably be on most of the time. If you want to grill some finger foods, (wings, windowmakers, whatever) then knock yourself out.

Use your imagination. Like I said, chips can be run and got. Use this as an opportunity to show everyone how awesome you are.

If you can, post what you intend to bring so nobody steps on each other.
