Cereal with whole milk, whole milk yogurt, instant oatmeal with a splash of maple syrup or blueberry preserves, every bit organic. Like clockwork every morning. Sometimes I'll switch up the oatmeal with an organic waffle.
If you don't like cereal you might as well be a communist

I like cereal, but I probably only eat it about 3 times a year, mostly at hotels.

Do you eat mac & cheese from a box, too?

Fuck yeah. Don't even start hating on Kraft Mac and cheese. It's trash but great at the same time.

Yeah Velveeta shells and cheese for the win. And I eat the "bougie" store bought ramen regularly too. Fite me

I like cereal, but a pile of sugar and simple carbs are about the worst way to start your day

I'm wayyy better than I used to be on sugar intake but I still get some natural sugar bombs in when I can. I only eat the lowest sugar cereals (organic corn flakes, rice krispies, cheerios until I realized I was probably eating all kinds of pesticides), Siggi's yogurts (lowest sugar I can find of the flavored organic yogurts, no added sugars just natural) and the oatmeal I get is unflavored. Regular flavored oatmeals, cereals and yogurts are insanely high in sugar content though, it is ridiculous!!

I personally eat Multi-Grain Cheerios like a 50 year old man almost every morning along with a brotein shake. Only a little added sugar. One of the 'better' cereals. The whole milk helps not spiking the blood sugar though
For yogurt you all should check out Okios Triple Zero

I keep telling you, might as well just mix the shake and the cheerios together in a blender. Take it all down at once.
I used to eat Triple Zero but Stevia really doesn't agree with me

Don't do this.
Get a full-fat greek yogurt. Not greek style, that's just yogurt with gelatin added. Get plain, and then sweeten yourself with a little bit of fruit or honey, if you must. The fat will make you feel fuller longer, the Triple Zero is just gonna feel like you ate nothing.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

Triple Zero is filling for me *shrugs*
But in general for stuff like yogurt I don't bother with the no-fat option.
