If that is the same car I think it is, it is the biggest pile of shit. Came to Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes numerous times for all sorts of things. I think it was owned by one of those russian guys that came to the MM cruise a couple years ago after the car show.

Hood and wheels look turrible. And I'm supremely bothered by it having a manual transmission but retaining the "Up" and "Down" buttons on the steering wheel. That's just laziness.

I don't know the lingo here, but it seems like it is a true rolling chassis.

To be clear, bidders here are not bidding on an actual car, it is a rolling chassis without a drivetrain. In the industry, it is often referred to as a "buck".

The exclusive limited edition 919 Hybrid 1:1 model car is a full-sized replica of the Porsche 919 Hybrid and is known to be the only 1 out of 13 replicas in the world to be privately owned. Very rarely are these rolling chassis models allowed to leave the factory yet alone be available for sale.

On the other hand,

The front wheels are rotating
The power plug for the lights of the mockup is a German Typ F (CEE 4/7) and ideally relies on 200V (it will also work with e.g. 100V)

So who really knows!
