Do you think it makes sense to buy a nicer used suit, even if it was crashed in?

Or buy a cheap suit like this? Like there has to be a reason this is so cheap. Maybe threads falling out after a few years, or thinner cow hide for protection/time under friction.

I would trust G and STG over a random crashed suit. Look for crash reviews of the suit if you're worried.

Eh, if you buy a high quality suit you can easily replace the armor in it. It's thick leather and if it's scuffed up so what. It's not going to be any worse or better that what you might get as a track day rental. I bought my suit secondhand.
