I know Ryan and have offroaded with him for a while, so I think I'm good there, but I appreciate the heads up. I can use it elsewhere for sure!

I've also contacted the guy who made the banner for last year and will have a new banner made up quickly.

Hah, no burnt bridges. I can do that, they still have to be approved by JMU. The have to be at least 11" tall though. Next time I'm driving I'll take a picture and send it to you.

All paperwork is submitted and I spoke on the phone with Event Planning yesterday. We are good to go.

Steven Toyota is 100% on board for a huge sponsorship so I'll be using that for Food, Speakers, Radios, and whatever else we need for this and future shows. They also want to provide the trophies, but I'll see if the officers would rather use Tarmac instead.

I've contacted the Ferrari Club of America again for the 4th year in a row, and they haven't said "no" yet, so either they're thinking about it, or they're ignoring me.

The RTI ramp is out, but I've contacted Chris Cobetto to see is NASA wants to be a part of this show this year.

The Verona Autocross is confirmed the day after and I'm waiting for the link to come active and I'll post it.

I may have access to 3 sets of cornhole boards so I'll have them there at least, if not hosting a tournament. (Need more hands to help run it.)

Also thinking about the logistics of a Big Wheel autocross (need space and bodies to work it.)

I look to have all details for the show nailed down before the end of February so I can get the fliers made and focus 100% on advertising for the show.

We are having an open meeting at my house today to discuss the show if ANY alum would like to be on a skype call with us or something. We have an opportunity for an insanely big show this year, so any ideas are welcome.

Tell us what hours you are free to volunteer for the show and we will schedule you! We hope to have no more than 1 hour at a time for anyone and we also need some people to help set up and clean up as well!
