since Lincoln forgot how to forum, he's selling his stage 3 S4. Someone give him a nice graduation present and buy it.

I tried to explain to him what vadriven was by saying it was the reddit of car forums. He didn't know what reddit was and couldn't understand the concept

Edit: I thought that was his link. He mentioned posting it on va driven.

That said, I've driven this car and it's really quick, pretty fun and aside from the sunroof randomly opening/closing on me when my hand was nowhere near the switch, seemed perfectly reliable for the ~30 miles I put on it in a week.

Apparently I don't know how mirrors work......but how the fuck does this happen?

It has juices in there for the autodimming thing that can leak over time.

yeah oil between the mirror. my driver side did that also, just turns it a dark pink hue. replacement glass was like $300 because audi.

and Jake, i know that sunroof fun. my avant did it also, the switch can start to sag and lose contact, which of course causes it to fail open. because audi.

just have to pop it off and bend the metal back up a bit. found out the hard way when it opened while i was at work during a snow storm. came out to a foot and a half in side the car.

They're good when they're new. Then they just become a hole in your roof

Sunroof - the sun glare in your face like a convertible, but without any of the benefits of a convertible.
Most worthless vehicle feature ever.

+1 for sunroofs, it is a requirement for me unless something else gets in the way. I got realllllly lucky to find a crew cab/long bed diesel with the pimpy sunroof package.

Also in the sunroof is totally pointless group. The only time mine ever gets used is in the summer to "crack a window" and let the heat out

+1 The E36 has 185k miles and it doesn't leak a drop. Rear side window seals are a different story.

I've had a sunroof on all my cars, the only issue I've had is the E36's isn't aligned properly because I was too lazy to fix it when I reinstalled it like... 4 years ago, so if you use it too much it marks up the clear coat.
