Yeah, every year we had two grill and the line was still super long. That's always the biggest complaint.

Mine will count for 2. Won't hurt to have another based on what I saw last year.

Someone should start cooking a half hour or so before the rush and just cover the food in a disposable aluminum container to keep it warm. No need to cook to order guys.
Why do people just post what they are thinking? Without thinking.

^This. The year Dan and I brought two grills we started cooking early, before lunch time. We had to grill for a couple hours straight, but it was smooth sailing with a constant flow. Not a huge rush.

If I remember correctly that's what was done last year. But as soon as people saw meat hitting the grill, they started lining up and the grill(s) never caught up.
It's what happens every year. Just a symptom of having more and more people every year. Solution is more grills to have those people grilling stuck there less time.

Start cooking at like 1030-11, couple of large aluminum pans and a few burners will keep everything warm and the chefs ahead of the demand.
Hell, sharp shopper sells the pans for like a buck.
Edit: I should read all the replies first. Exactly what Adam said.
Also, my ratty grill is available again if someone wants to pick it up. Do you need a generator again?

I believe the club now owns a generator but the more the merrier.
Also the grill from you plus Chris’ should be perfect.
Yeah the issue isn’t when we start cooking, as soon as people smell it the line forms. I think having an extra grill plus those aluminum pans should do the trick this year.

The club owns a generator? How did we fund that? Is it nice?

Sorry for the delay, our graphic designer once again left us hanging past the deadline, so the old pirated photoshop had to come out to save the day [emoji41]

I need to figure out how to class the M3. Same deal as Taylor though, if a student who is car-less wants to drive, we can talk.

Do it! Would be great to have a solid track car/racecar showing this year. I will have mine and I suspect Taylor will have his not-quite-Spec3. Good way to show students some diversity in possible competition classes.
