I'm VERY tempted to get that as well... So many good games in the last couple months.... Ugh...

I haven't even touched CoD or AC Oddessy...

PC Beta dropped last night, hilariously deleted itself, etc etc. ZBut they are supposedly going to let your beta progress stand. Imight wait until the beta period is over anyway just because I'm busy AF right now

Same here, the only downside to PC gaming is waiting for the random big release like this. Not like I'd pay $60 for a game anyway, so make that a year or two for me.

i do consider this point in Destiny to be the best place its been in the franchise (better than D1 Taken King, which was the best prior to this point, IMO). I don't even Raid or do much of the hardcore PVP stuff.

the ONLY thing that pulled me away was RDR2 (which i'm currently still obsessed with at the moment). I don't have time to play some others i've been wanting to (AC Odyssey and Fallout 76 coming out soon).

Can't say I disagree, and I'm a huge critic of Bungie. There's a ton of different activities to do, and they're all pretty varied and with strong rewards for participation. I haven't done a raid, shit, I haven't even done a nightfall and I'm still having a great time every time I log on.

Hopefully Bungie is taking notes, because D2 vanilla was so bad, (Even playing through it, I would have been pissed if I'd had to pay for it) that if D3 drops like that, and Bungie has to crawl back to this level *AGAIN*, Man, I don't know how they're going to come back from that.

Yeah, i feel the same way about Vanilla D2. After buying the game and playing it for a couple weeks i was so disappointed. I stopped playing and i didn't buy CoO (first expansion). After getting the Forsaken DLC (having to buy the CoO and War Mind expansions and having to play through that content) i would've been REALLY disappointed if i paid for CoO. War Mind was excellent, IMO. I see why a lot of reviewers really hit hard on D2 after the CoO released now. It was actually the same reviewers that got me back to D2 for Forsaken since most were really dissuaded from playing, but mentioned that this was a HUGE step-up from what was there before and the games were dry, so i was willing to give it a shot.

RDR2...downloaded Saturday night. Instant-on mode is fantastic - it was ready as soon as I turned the XB1 on Sunday morning. Played for about 5 hours and I feel like I need to do a full on thesis project to realize everything that is going on/available. The gameplay so far is great, missions are very entertaining, and the graphics are beautiful. I haven't bought a video game since maybe 2012? Things have come a long way.

Just finished the main story play through... So many hours, but worth it.

Hours is right. I've been playing this solidly for the past few weeks and just started chapter 3. I really enjoy taking my time and hitting side quests/bounty hunting/just exploring the map. I still haven't been everywhere. Last night I spent about an hour searching the mountains to complete a side quest and also located the white Arabian horse. That was a lot of fun riding my horse up into what I assume are the Rockies in 3ft of snow and 6 degrees. My horse wasn't pleased, but it followed me back down when I took the Arabian horse which is an absolute beast!

jumped on GT Sport last night and realized i had a bunch of in-game currency i never spent. i bought a few cars i didn't have in my garage yet: '91 NSX, '95 Supra, '92 F40, a GT-modified Datsun 240z, e30 M3, r34 Skyline, and a 991 GT3 RS.

that was satisfying, haha.

Lol... I just started playing again a couple days ago. My son loves watching me play.
Usually just enough to get the daily workout car, still way too rusty to be fast at all.
