I wanted to say so many obvious things about Terrance but you have to give the guy credit; I don't think he took the coward's way out. At least he actually admitted he was addicted to acquiring things and selfish and is working toward becoming more selfless and helping other people. Whether his heart has genuinely changed is between him and his maker but at least he's not hoarding shitty old cars and affecting his loved ones and colleagues anymore. It's a shame it took him prison time and not being able to see his grandkids to realize that.

Dude had a YMCA named after him and won "Father of the Year" awards, super prominent member of the Charlotte business community. He took the cowardly way out.

House is for sale, presumably to help the estate pay back the investors he stole from. $5.5M for that kind of acreage in the middle of the most expensive area in Charlotte doesn't seem out of the question, but dude did blow his brains out somewhere in that house...I figure that would probably be a good lever to pull at the bargaining table. Wow, that house is insane! I'm not a fan of garages that have no tools in them though. Really sweet setup. That looks like what an 10 year old kid would dream of.
