 I was in a busy and large airport bathroom once and a guy was obviously talking business on his phone from a stall, and another guy starts ripping on him "buy low, sell high!" and the like, and it was hilarious. More hilarious that in the echo chamber of a bathroom no-one could tell where any of this was coming from. So I can only suggest doing the same next time you hear it.
SlimKlim Wrote:our bathroom should not look like an inner city Baltimore middle school. haha ours doesn't sound quite as bad, but come on co-worker, you shit on the damn seat. And you know all the other people that are going to have to use this toilet. And you see the cleaning staff around all day, they're not robots, they're people. Do you do this at home too? And if single, do you do this... to yourself?

Another thing... I can't really explain why it irritates me so much, but when women way, way, way overreact to being bumped into.
I came around the corner the other day and there was a woman drifting down the hall with her nose buried deep in her cell phone. She almost bumped into me, and when she looked up and saw me, her initial reaction was to flinch dramatically, reeling backwards, arms flailing and face in this freaked out sneer. It would have been a perfectly appropriate reaction if I had maybe jumped out from behind a wall and screamed "I'M GOING TO GRAPE YOU RIGHT IN THE MOUTH" or something, but not for a minor hallway traffic situation largely caused by the fact that she wasn't paying attention to where she was going.
I get that it's just a goofy physical reaction to being startled but idk, it always dampens my mood.

 more news at 11! I've found you just remind them that they are overreacting, they will thank you for reminding them and calm down.
What you experienced MIGHT be an extension of what I've noticed about most women, that they really really want to avoid being in the way so much that when you cross paths in the hallway or meet at an intersection they will completely stop or redirect (sometimes unpredictably, making everything worse) when really we both could have kept going without a collision. Maybe she was mortified that she had failed in her normal mission of being way the hell out of the way. :dunno:
Maybe this is worse as a tall guy, they want to keep enough distance so that they'll be clear if we suddenly fall over.

That probably has a lot to do with it. She was pretty short so I imagine her thought process was something along the lines of "Better check my email in case there's something really important I need to see before I get back to my desk in 11 seco-OH MY FUCKING GOD WHY IS THERE A GIANT SKINNY ALIEN IN MY SPACE?!"

I hate when people treat the kitchen as bad as the bathroom, especially the refrigerator. We had a good run when our floor was pretty empty then they shut down a Springfield location and all those folks came to Chantilly. Within a week, rotten smelly food in the fridge. "Doggy bags" a week old. A whole pizza box with two dried up pieces in it stays for a week. You know it's yours - take it home. Didn't take long to have to break out the the "Everything is getting thrown out at 3PM" sign.
And don't pretend you like didn't see half the powder creamer you tried to put in your coffee cup miss and just walk away.
If you want to know who's trashing the bathroom, I'm guessing you could scope out the kitchen for a while.

I have a little bit of a rub near lock but if you are turned to lock on a track there are other problems already...
Oh man. I have some horror stories of the things I've cleaned up in the bathroom at work...

Typically when you don't notice, you are the one that does it
No, but seriously. Calling a girl crazy when she is acting a little crazy (same thing in her heard as saying "over reacting") is a death sentence. It's funny how they always say "just tell me when I am overreacting", but then when you do....

If I have my trailer on I have somewhere to be. If it's horses that is obvious, if it is my car hauler I am probably on the way to or back from getting something. I am hauling usually 3-4 times a month these days.
