Two, people didnt buy these typically to be garage queens. Also - who puts in an aftermarket stereo on a truck with 24k miles that at this point would be a collector more than anything? I wouldnt think the "one owner" who clearly let it sit in a garage for 16 years would care enough to do that....
anyway, those are the best looking trucks ford ever made. if they didnt rust all to hell I'm sure you'd see a bunch more of them still riding around The mileage does have me a little suspicious too. Why would anyone own a truck like this and not drive it? Also who has a garage big enough for that to sit in all this time? It does look pristine though.

You'd be surprised how many people do that around here though, the purpose is solely just to get their boat/waverunner/jet ski to the beach.

Love that truck. I agree about the rust thing though. No me gusta.
I wouldn't ever buy anything from NJ/NY, just as a rule of thumb. Not just a car, anything.

Love that car, but I don't think I could ever bring myself to pay $23,000 for a 22 year old Nissan.

Pretty awesome track Miata. Not the cheapest by any stretch of the imagination, but a gorgeous, brand-name shop build using baller parts that ran a (claimed) 20k+ for 12k ain't so bad. Located in Baltimore, built by York Automotive.
'97 Miata, 92k miles, 949Racing XIDA (AST) coilovers, RB front sway, urethane bushings throughout, 15x9 6ULs/225 NT-01, welded-in Miatacage.com cage (door bars need installation), Sparco Evo 2 seat/Schroth harness/Sparco wheel, Traqmate data, stainless lines/Carbotech pads, Racing Beat header/949 "Laguna" exhaust, Koyo rad.
that is so, so nice. i wish i had 12k and planned on driving at the track non-stop, because that's what i'd probably buy.

It's a bit steep, but not out of the question IMO. I don't know how he spent 20k+ (I'm guessing much of that is labor for a full rebuild at a Spec Miata shop), but I see 12k as being the cost to replicate something like this if you do the work yourself. Clean NA Miata 4-6k, XIDA coilovers 2k, wheels/tires 1.5k, cage/seat/harness 2k, etc.
so i should have sold the hatch to justin for 10k... got it.
