Has anyone mentioned Bloodline?
It isn't high action or anything, but the storyline pulled Casey and I in and we are a few episodes into Season 2 now.
Toni and I watch it, it's pretty good. The brother Kevin will make you want to pull out your hair from how irritating/stupid he is, but other than that, great.

Gave up on Bloodline after season 2. Felt like one of those shows where you will never get the full story and they just keep switching up the storyline.

Was okay but the last season they had to jam everything together that was supposed to happen over two seasons so things start slow, then move fast and then end abruptly. I feel like they should've killed off the show at Season 4 anyways as they could've taken slow things out in Season 3 and a few things in Season 2

I understand, I looked up why when I finished the season because it felt so bad. Oh well :dunno: . It wasn't the greatest show anyways

Any Rick & Morty fans here? Highly recommended.
Why do people just post what they are thinking? Without thinking.

Anyone checked out the new Star Trek: Discovery or The Orville? We're caught up on both shows and I really like both of them. I saw a LOT of bitching about the new Star Trek but the visuals are incredible and the storyline is really, really engrossing. I really feel like I am watching a movie with that show. The only legitimate complaint is the fact that they only released it on a CBS streaming platform.

If you want something really weird and sort of creepy try out the new Twin Peaks. just don't go into it looking for closure or any sort of emotional pay off.

Anyone watching The Duece on HBO? Created by David Simon (one the creators of The Wire). It's wildly entertaining, but definitely NSFW or to watch with your mom or young kid. James Franco plays two twin brothers and is absolutely fantastic. It's about prostitutes/pimps/creation of porn in the 70s and it's HBO so there is almost as much nudity as clothed scenes so be aware.
Also this season of Ray Donovan (Showtime) is so dark. Every episode has something going completely sideways in it which keeps you on the edge of your seat. Would recommend if you are looking for a good show to binge.

Stranger Things 2 is uh... yeah. Holy shit. Netflix is on a roll this year.
Also, check out Wheelman. It's short, features an e46 M3 as the main chase car, a 90's 911 as a second chase car and has lots of shots of heel-toeing and proper downshifting. Pretty well done.

I haven't seen it, but I heard that's just a ZHP, or is that another car?

Maybe but there is M badging here and there. You guys that can spot out if it's an M based on seat stitching may be able to figure it out. Either way, an e46 in a modern movie is pretty awesome.

I've seen the first two seasons and really liked them. I've been recording S3, but I haven't watched any episodes yet because they require some brain power and I have none to spare because toddler.
Personally, I think it's the best show on TV right now.

I want to watch ST: D (ha!), but that lame ass CBS streaming is preventing me.
I've seen most of The Orville. It's okay, but it definitely hasn't found its stride yet. It seems to teeter back and forth between being a serious sci fi show, preaching thinly veiled social justice, and toilet humor. I just can't help shake the feeling that the only reason it exists is because McFarlane wanted to be a space show. Also, the actors really are not that good..

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth
