Alpinas aren't cool because they're the most beautiful thing in the world, the stripes are funky and some of their interior stuff is weird, but they are super rare, quirky and full of awesome. Check out the digital aux gauges in the cluster on that E36 wagon, I love seeing what was high tech and exclusive 20 or 30 years ago in upgraded cars like that.
