oh no no, the plan, as usual, is to get that out of the way in the first 30 min, get in a fight with Gerald, play with the auto braking system on the Caddy, maybe get some firearms and motorcycles out well before the food is even ready. Then a nap and I'm good to go!

^ I was watching some show where the guy made candied bacon just by generously sprinkling brown sugar over the bacon and baking it so the sugar caramelized.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't make a simple syrup with bourbon and brown sugar and do the same thing to get bourbon infused candied bacon. Get on it.

Could also do bourbon caramelized onions w/bacon bits and put it on something. Doesn't matter what.
