99% final version of the flyer for this year. Once I get the official files from the artist, I'll go ahead and make the official event thread. This is NOT the web version. We have a couple different versions for forums and print. These will be hung around campus.

Good suggestions! The auto x registration link is too complicated, but I'll get our Facebook page and MMsports.org on there. From there, all the info anyone will need will be there.

To address the colors, I've known this guy for a long time, he's a big car enthusiast (Even came Karting last year) and he is a very talented artist. I let him have complete liberty and only gave him minimal requirements, since he knows a lot more than I do about it. That's my fault for not mentioning Black and Yellow, and it's too late to change it.

I'm glad y'all like it. I really wanted something less "busy" than the older ones. This one catches the eye and gets the important information across to you. If you want to know more, it'll be easy to find more information with the addition of the URLs. Unfortunately, since he isn't in MM and is a professional design guy, he won't give me the illustrator files, but will update it when needed as long as I ask him. So future officers just need to contact me when they want to get it changed.

FYI you can always use Bitly to shorten URLs - would work great for the autocross registration.

I would also suggest (strongly) that you put the main mmsports.org URL on there and then update our homepage with all relevant info for the show.

For future updates, if future officers want to update that existing flyer (assuming paying for updates are in the budget), it'd likely be best to just include your design guy's contact info in the packet of stuff you hand off to the next generation. Keeps everything in one place and fewer layers to go through

Yup! That's the plan. I'll need to get with you on getting that updated, and perhaps more regularly updated. No need to have the old car show stuff up all year.
