Damn honestly didn’t expect to see one of these in the club, congrats as it spices things up! How many FWD are there now lol?
On the real I’m pumped to see this at Karting tomorrow. How is the exhaust sounds while your driving with windows up or down, IE too much or too little?
Also, how aggressive are you going to be on track with this?
You mentioned the heated steering wheel and seats, surprised it isn’t on a 2018 car? Any other creature comforts it’s missing?

It's got a little rasp and bass to it, but it's by no means annoying or overpowering. For a turbo inline 4-cylinder it sounds decent. I don't feel a need to make it louder (though I might anyway).

I'll get out and drive it fairly hard, but not trying-to-put-it-on-pole hard. Anytime I'm driving a street car on track there's a level of aggression that I don't go to, so I can reduce chances of a crash. That hasn't always worked, but usually it does.

I was just making a joke about our Odyssey. That car really isn't missing much of anything.
Quote:eBay turbo the Fit, probably end up faster and save you some coin.
Real talk, a Fit may be in my future. Depends on how things go in the next 1 to 3 years, but I'd like to go having the Fit for runabout street car, and a 2 seater for the fun car. At the very least I should be able to do that when last kid starts going to public skool.

Then kid number #12 pops out and you've got a garage full of minivans with empty Go-Gurt tubes shoved under the seats.

If you have another, Dave, you're going to end up in an old airport shuttle van. Or Craigslisted school bus.

I was perusing the internet and came across some interesting things and just figured I'd share them cause why not? I don't care if my friends gouge their own eyes from the displeasure 5C46ED95-A6ED-4341-85A7-B2D7B06C2A5D.jpeg (Size: 52.03 KB / Downloads: 115)

saw one of these in the flesh up close this weekend when i was out getting 2x8's from home depot. guy parked behind mine while i was inside and when i came out he was leaving as well. had a friendly conversation and he was really happy with it.
one thing that struck me though was how WIDE these things are. it makes my Si look tipsy by comparison. its not a long car though so it looks very square and planted. i couldn't get over how tall the center tunnel was in the cockpit too, you really drop into it like an S2000.
it looks much less gaudy to me in real life. the wing is still outrageous but it doesn't look as out of place. i hadn't seen one in blue yet either and it was striking in the sun.
