1) How many spikes are we allowed to attach to the kart and is there a length-per-spike and/or material limit?
2) IF, AND THIS IS PURELY HYPOTHETICAL, a competing driver jumps in a competitor's car in the pits, and said car ends up on fire, what is the lap penalty?

As far as I know, there are no restrictions.
