Can somebody school me on what to get? I see 4 day pass, Fri/Sat, and Sat only, with the option of buying "hospitality" tickets. No descriptions on anything....are some tickets better than others if you want to mill about and get up close n personal?

This. I think I would possibly be interested in coming down for the day on Saturday or camping out over night depending on cost.

Just spoke with Tammy and with a 4-day ticket, general camping which would include an RV spot is $100. No hookups but generator is allowed. I had a couple more questions about reserving a specific spot if possible and making sure $100 covered the weekend. I was transferred to Amber and had to leave a message...

Any ideas of where we might want to be if it's possible to reserve a specific spot or even just within a section maybe? I'm sure it will be first come first served but worth a try.

I'm thinking right about the T4-T6 complex would be good. They're running the Grand East config so I'm not sure of other places we might wanna be. Maybe T7 area? I've seen RV's at the top of the rollercoaster but I don't know if that'll be good.

Also have to wonder if there are gonna be any jumbotrons anywhere. For AMASBK they usually have one at T4.

I will follow-up with Amber today but I doubt they will have any sort of ability to reserve a particular spot. I had Sebring in my mind as I was thinking about it but I'm almost certain they have the spots marked, I doubt VIR does. I like the T4-6 idea especially if there is line of sight into T1.

Based on the RV rental ($417 for 3 days if we go a 4th ~$556??), plus 4 day ticket ($90) and RV spot ($100) entry and luxurious accommodations total would be (556+100)/5 + 90 = $221. With 7 it's $183.

So, who is definitely in?

I want to go, but its all pending "Operation: Procreate", so I can't confirm. If you guys definately get a spot, and I can go, would ya'll mind if I just plop a tent somewhere and chip in for beer/food/RV spot money?????

I'll pay for a spot to crash in the RV, otherwise I'll tent it up. I'm sure I can borrow our family's tent. How big do you think the lot will be/ can we actually make a gypsy-esq campground on the RV site?
