ok well i found out dj is leaving to go to VIR early thursday. I'll be down at JMU thursday around 230pm..

Friday afternoon when we leave, I'm not trying to go by myself. Who is driving and what time do you guys plan on leaving!? I am driving, but I will only be able to fit 1 passenger.

I asked about getting a BangBus again, but I think we're too close to the "off-probation" date to get one, if they even have them for checkout again.

I would ride or drive. Might be nice to have a passenger (or be one) and split the gas money.

I won't be getting there until late Fri, me and boobies are splitting a room but we'd like to get more people in on it to make it cheaper in case people are interested.

Depending on my schedule I would love to ride down to spectate for the weekend.. I don't mind sleeping on a floor if someone has space to offer... Smile

or splitting gas money..

I think many of us are planning on leaving the 'burg in the late afternoon on Friday, maybe we can stop off in C'ville and we can all roll....

Two of my tires were corded at the last event of last season. I just bought two used RA-1s to replace the corded ones. I imagine I'll need 4 more tires at some point this summer though as I'm pretty close to the wear bars on my current set. I just go with whatever R-tire is the cheapest.

Im pretty sure I will come if there is a room I can stay in. I just dont want to get all the way there and end up sleeping in my car or something lol.

Also is it free to spectate and get ride alongs? Thats all I really plan on doing. Watching and getting ride alongs. I figure Ill roll out with you guys on friday. Then possibly come back sat night/sun morning depending on how much work i have to do.

spectating is indeed free. To get ride-alongs, be prepared to just walk down the line of instructors and look for an open pass. seat. Bring a helmet, long pants, and a long-sleeve shirt. I'm not sure about this weekend schedule, but you might be able to get out for some touring laps during lunch (I think it costs a few bucks tho...)

Maeng/Boobies, where are you guys staying? I wil prob need some floorspace if you don't mind me crashing with you.

I mean its not really that big of a deal. I should be at VIR again in july and october which I will be driving most likely, so I will have other chances.

Can we get an official list of who is staying in what hotel/room? I think we'll have a number of people there, myself included, looking for a place to crash!

Post up where you'll be staying and with whom, and if you don't mind an extra person on the floor etc.
