Well, as long as everything has been cleared with the Ratcliffes as to what is going to happen, who is coming, and when they are coming it should be all good.

I think everyone's concern is that if you are going to crew for someone you need to be at the track at the beginning of the day to really be useful. But if the plan is to have members do a half day or something to get their feet wet and whomever you're crewing for is cool with it then its no biggie.

Whatever the plan it needs to well planned, well communicated, and well executed. Perhaps the plan for working with King Rat at Hyperfest has been communicated to the membership and I just missed it but it seems to me like there wasn't an official announcement about it and what students were expected to do.

At the end of the day its a start and if we continue to offer constructive criticism and ideas this could work well for the club.

Justin and I have both been cheerleading for this event, and we only have a few people who can be involved for this one. With that said, it's going to be low key. I want to use it as a dry run to get a feel for how it's going to work.

With that said, we will be pushing to have 10 to 12 people for the October event.

Also, my schedule is disjointed because of a family event, but I'm shooting to be at the track early Saturday morning with the laisson students.

Make sure you hook up with racers/instructors/hpders that have available crew spots that can put each of the liaison students on their list, otherwise you will each have to pay admission and won't be getting a refund. I've never dealt with this myself, but you'll want to try to take care of it beforehand because the Saturday is very hectic and you run the risk of missing someone or them not having the time and then you're stuck not getting a refund.

Ok, great great.

But what are the goals of the program? A dry run of ______________.
When it comes to Ryan Jenkins, the story ends with me putting him in the wall.

Why is this program being ran super top secret mm stunna style? Are there any goals for this program? Is it structured in anyway? I don't see how these are tough questions? Anyone that's spent 20 minutes thinking about it could come up with a few answers. Since this is YOUR show now, you should have those answer and be capable of providing them. Why can't/won't you?

I wish I knew what the goals for the program were, or how I could help out.

I wont be there until late in the day saturday, and I'll be on Shenandoah sunday, but if you give me some advance notice I can make plans to be at the track earlier in the day for some event later in the year.
