Can anyone help chip in for beer or other "things" for the party? MM will have cups and mixers taken care of. I'm taking care of all of the alc, but I'd appreciate some help. Total plan for the party is 6 handles for the juice and 6+ cases.

Small request but can we have dinner plans at a place that's not Hams or BDubs? Just wondering how the capacity of different downtown restaurants is. Was always fun when Dave's existed as they could handle large groups and it was a Harrisonburg staple. Not sure if any of those new places (that aren't Cap Ale) can do something similar. I'm happy to take the lead on that, too, if y'all are busy with the rest of the weekend's plans.

We checked with Jimmy Madison's to see and it's crazy expensive to rent the place. Feel free to call around, just keep in mind that we do not have time to wait. We need to walk in and be sat immediately. Dave's exists but it's on Port at the top, so you could check with them.

I would recommend avoiding new Dave's. It's changed owners like 3 times but I used to deliver to them. That place is pretty shitty back of house. Just sayin

Only 2 days left! Please remember registration opens 30 minutes before the show starts at 9:30AM! If you wish to spectate, please park in R1 parking lot across the railroad tracks. Bathrooms are located inside of D-Hub in the R1 parking lot and in the Mr. Chip's convenience store by the tennis courts.

When you arrive, please turn right and follow the guard rail to the registration booth and register your car. After that, you will the be pointed to your appropriate place. Reference the map below to get an idea of where you will be.

Food provided by Steven Toyota will be served 10:30-12:30 by the registration table and awards donated by Tarmac Apparel and Steven Toyota will be announced at 1PM. Registration closes at NOON.

We will have cornhole and a Forza booth set up for your enjoyment.

Please refrain from burnouts and excessive revving as JMU is kind enough to let us host our show here, so we should be respectful.

Has this ever been an issue? It's always struck me as odd when I see alums sitting at the show with beer.

Never an issue...yet. Typically I have had a beer before lunch and then eat, and by cruise 4pm I don't worry about it too much.

E30 will be there for drop off to Dave and wife is going to see how bad getting in and out of the vette is to see wether we are bringing that or not.

I thought I saw the cruise was at 4 and dinner at 6? Maybe move up the cruise to 3:30? Typically that cruise takes longer than we usually think.

Probably will be determined by how fast we can clean everything up from the show. If more people help with break-down then we can get on the road as soon as possible, that's not directed at you, just everyone who will be there.
