That is just marketing bullshit. Who is actually dropping insanely heavy items into the bed of their truck? I've never seen someone literally launch a toolbox into the bed of their truck, either because they care about their tools and/or their truck.
As someone who lives in a newly developing subdivision, I can tell you that yes, I have seen lots of rtards dropping insanely heavy items in the back of a truck with ZERO fucks given.
Just that nobody here interacts with people who use their vehicles like that often.

Ive owned a few, and Id love a 200hp miata.
The only reason to not like a higher hp miata is if it compromises anything else that makes it great.
There is no reason not to love a miata with a lightweight high revving I4 that makes 220+ hp. Something like the engines that honda used to make before they lost their soul.
Just go buy the Abarth Fiata if you want a fast Miata. It exists, but no one is buying it.
