How do you do your work?

I'm stuck sitting down at a cube all day. I may have to move around for meetings or talking to others at their desk but mostly sitting all damn day.

Deloitte is pretty supportive of different desks, I don't know if you work client site or not though. I have back issues, and standing up for more than 10-15 minutes in one place kills my back. Walking/running/moving around is just fine :dunno:

Jess sits on an exercise ball all day for the past 2-3 years and swears by it.

We're not on client site but our desk options are pretty limited here in one of our satellite offices. We don't have the availability like Rosslyn or McLean for different desk options.

Granted I haven't asked but I guess I'd have to get creative building a standing desk here.
