I'd totally rock the second one.
Though which one looks better setup for towing? The Rock Warrior has 4.10 gears whereas the last one has 4.30 I believe.Though I personally hate all that chrome. :vomit:

But, you are driving a 5.7L, 345 cubic inch engine. You are going to get shitty gas mileage no matter what you do.
