What am I getting into with buying a second car?

Hey guys! I drive a truck and love it with all my heart, but the car guy in me has been begging for a car.

I think I found the "one". It's a 94 Celica GT that needs a rebuilt motor. The guy says he has all the parts and he's dumping it all for 450 doll hairs. What a steal, right? I'm going to look at it today, probably.

Now, I don't have a lot of money. As of right now, I don't even have the $450, but I plan on hitting those shifts hard at work to get the money in the next month or two if he'll hold it. Being a freshmen, I'm still under the wing of my loving mother, so I'll have to somehow convince her not to hate me for buying this.

That's why I'm here asking what I should be looking at by doing this. I don't plan on putting insurance on it until it's on the road, so I don't have to worry about that, but what else does owning two cars entail?

Also, where is a good place to keep a second car? I live on campus, so this is probably a hopeless thing. If worse comes to worse, I'll haul it back home.

I'll need to get a tow hitch and a car dolly too... Okay, this is adding up rather quickly...
