That is what I would say. The condensation drain is blocked. Or maybe when you did the heater core you didn't get it back though the firewall correctly?
As for not selling half doors...they have gotten better. They have made some adjustments to the design and supposidly they don't have leaking probems anymore. I mean, I got mine to quit leaking so I suppose it can be done!
Nah the fluid is perfectly clear and cold, so i know its not anything with the core, assuming you implied it was leaking. Ill take the air hose and blow it out or gently give it an abortion with a coat hanger.
