your call, my upcoming weekend is booked. I am free in the evenings during the week though.

I have the tools to repair the metal as I described, scrap+rivets, just need seam sealer and underbody spray. But I am pretty sure the rubber plugs/grommets is the way to go.

If you need to borrow any tools lemme know, except for a soldering iron and wire strippers, cause Matthew sold those on Craigslist.

I know the eye bolts are 7/16 so I'll have to find grommets for those and seal those with rubber in the center. Have to call autopower and see what size there bolts are to buy the right grommets as well. So I guess grommets and putting rubber in the center of them it is.

That's what I tried to search for. Probably just wasn't using the right terms. "Rubber grommet solid" probably wasn't the best search

Hahahaha I forgot those are rolling around in my trunk and shit sorry Ryan, I'm out for this weekend. Moving. We can do Thursday evening and crank out as much as possible. I'll be free all day.

I'll just bother one of my roommates during this week for help. He will have no idea what's going on but I just need a set of hands so hopefully some beer or something will do. If I need help anything Thursday I'll let you know. Depending on how far I get Wednesday that will be roll bar removal and add in most of the rear interior back including the trunk day so I'll definitely be doing something so if you want to show up feel free

And by Thurs I meant Friday. We can go as late as you want Friday night (lol hehe) and do as much as we can.

Sweet. Got the front struts in all good after two hours of struggle and I'm excited. And of course something has to go wrong, right?

Last bolt to tighten and the harbor freight torque wrench decides to break the nut off instead of clicking. Classic. Sigh... Just why.

Not about to take this shit out again. Going to ignore this shit for now and going to just stop for tonight. Not very happy.

Over here with my life flashing before my eyes. Trying to figure out what I've done lately to life. A nice surf and turf dinner would've been great on Valentine's Day before fucking me.

Only 4 foot pipe? Thing was huge. Can't believe how much effort that took. Justin definitely got a workout from that. Huge shoutout to him for helping get that thing out in a little under an hour...

Anyone free this week, weekend, or next week in Richmond? Pick a day you are free and please help me out. Really tired of seeing this thing on stands. I need an extra set of hands for the rear suspension and getting harness eye bolts out other than that I can get the roommate to just help me pull the roll bar out once I unbolt it. Roommates aren't car people so I don't really want to push them into or trust them as much for help.
