Nice find. I know Jake has probably seen this, so let me spell this bitch out for you:

Spend $175 on the Miata: it gratefully accepts, bows, does an about-face and then gets 3 million ax runs on those without complaint.

Spend $175 on the BMW: "Is that ALL!?" the BMW exclaims, chortling and snorting out of its portly grille as sauerkraut peppers your weary, defeated face. "I now DEMAND a new BMW Technik Seat Control Module and wiring harness, POST HASTE."
Current: '20 Kia Stinger GT2 RWD | '20 Yamaha R3 | '04 Lexus IS300 SD
Past: '94 Mazda RX-7 | '04 Lexus IS300 (RIP) | '00 Jeep XJ | '99 Mazda 10AE Miata | '88 Toyota Supra Turbo

Your timing on this is so impeccable. I just replaced the tie rods and control arms over the past two weekends (because 20 year old bushings get mighty worn out) and what does it do today at lunch? Lose all electric power and not start. Finally ended up push starting it. I think I have a bad ground somewhere.

.......damn you.

Okay I admit, this supercharged M3 is the biggest POS ive ever touched in my life. Its worse than my dsm. Start Rant.......

Funny how my race car is incredibly reliable and nice and has double the mileage, but the dumb dealer serviced dinan m3 is a big honking piece of shit.
Already replaced
valve cover gasket
OBD2 MAF
coil packs
spark plugs
window regulator
window clips
front calipers, rotors, lines

Then it starts overheating, blows out the expansion tank, door lock cylinders spin quite a bit, im hearing a clunk from the rear. POS, I already have 8 hours of my labor into this thing. Going to take another 3 hours to redo the entire cooling system, radiator, expansion tank, pump, thermostat, rewire up the fan that keeps blowing fuses. Then I gotta take out the secondary air pump out of my other m3 and put it on this car cause that failed too. Luckily dont need emissions on the race ka!

Luckily all this stuff I had stock spares stuff off of my car to throw on, that I really should have thrown out and bought new spares (old spares are bad ideas, but actually worked out in this case!) Ill probably have freaking 11-15hours in this car, and about $60 bucks. Luckily my other m3 doesnt need any work

Hahahah DJ, that sounds like a pile. A very frustrating pile. Put that jank on Craigslist and run fast.

When VW Jesus himself calls something a "frustrating piece of shit", it's not really something you ought to buy.

Just sayin'. If Blair hates it, I probably will too.
