Slip Angle might not be the right term for it. But when calculating the tire diameter (used to calculate speed along w/ RPM, trans ratio and final ratio) you input a 'slip' into the equation, usually this is around 3%.
Now a 'slip angle' is just the difference between where you have the wheels pointed and where the car is going. Think drifting and 45* slip angles.
