Chase sounds salty AF and based on all the peanut gallery chatter in GroupMe, nobody gets the point of this spreadsheet. Maybe that explains how the last year has gone.
What I and many other ex-officers have said, over and over and over, is that it's not hard to plan the entire semester out, then get the officers together to execute on the various events and dates attached to them. Brandon threw that spreadsheet together for the sake of upcoming officers using it to guide their summer and upcoming fall/spring semesters. It's not intended to be a calendar for the whole club or anything of that nature.
I applaud him for doing what was seemingly impossible all year and communicating it out before summer break even starts. This is the kind of stuff that some of us did in the past to help make this club run without a lot of hassle, and it resulted in a lot of success. Jussayin.
Now:
'16 Ram 1500 |
'97 BMW M3 | Some Press Loan
Then:
87 BMW 325e | 91 BMW 535i |
96 BMW 328i |
95 BMW 325i | 95 Mazda Miata |
13 Focus ST | 09 BMW 128i |
00 Pontiac Firebird | 05 Yukon Denali | 96 BMW 328iC |
11 Ford F-150 |
06 BMW M3 |
10 Range Rover SC | '03 Ford Ranger |
'18 Ford F-150 |
'01 BMW X5 | '98 Volvo S70 T5M

I never picked up a salt shaker [emoji23], there nothing wrong with some questions. I think the pre made schedule is a great idea to get info out to alums and better to the current students. With the issues we had with out reach and more than 1-2 week notice, this spreadsheet will work well.

Again, the rough calendar should not be a final thing to send out to everyone. It's something to keep between the officers in the officer section of the forum. Brandon's got it down.
Something I'll give Brandon credit for is when we say something should be done, he does it, instead of saying "That's a good idea" then never doing it.
Turn that spreadsheet into a thread in the officer corner called "2018-2018 tentative schedule" and have a place for conversation about the schedule.
