How could you let an "ill-handling" mustang drop-kick your M3 in the corners!

Where's Matt, he must be giggling very happily in a corner

So who was fastest in MM?
Josh Cobb on Summit Main with a 26.608? 5th in Novice. Nice. I should get him on the forum lol. He did really good at the verona autox too, i think he got a cone!

Josh again on shenandoah? 48.178? 4th in Novice. Ooohh this makes me so excited.

Man I need to get out there and shut these Mustangs down. This is not Mustang Motorsports Wink

This was a ton of fun! I kept trying to match Josh's time but couldn't quite catch him, less than a second away each heat tho. Time to tear the car apart for the winter tho lots of secret plans for this winter Wink

Josh was rolling man. He must have been right on the edge the whole lap, because I sure felt like I was haha and I had the tire and brake advantage. Driver mod FTW.

Is this like your crowning achievement behind the wheel or something?

I just go out to have fun man, my car is a car I'm not prepared to lose on track and I don't push my limits. I don't care how slow I am, my only goals are to get smoother, learn better lines and stay consistent.

If you want to race me let me co-drive that little econobox at a regular auto-x when there's only cones to hit and we'll see who's faster.

Not bashing you it was a joke poking fun.

No not my crowning achievement I've passed faster cars on track before with worse drivers so I don't really care too much. I'm out there having a blast. My goal is to be fast in TTE and get some podiums. That would be more of my crowning achievement. Be fastest of a slow group of cars. Woot.

Because I doubt I will ever autocross again. To he brutally honest autocross is not worth my time or money now that I'm doing HPDE weekends. It is is boring to me and not fun to me anymore. Plus the car is in a completely uncompetitive class.

And? Just because other people like it doesn't mean I have to? Lol.... I'm pretty sure I've already said auto-x is stupid and got people pissed at me about it before.

It's all what you like man.

Now that my subframe mount reinforcement is done, I'm not scared to do one of these. Anyone participating in the February one?

I guess we'll see what the weather is like, but I'm guessing it's going to be miserably cold in Feburary since we had such a mild December.

I would like to do any of them. Corvette is on crappy all seasons and I sold my autox tires (trying to pick up a stock set of wheels for "stock" class to throw tires on). Race car isnt allowed so if anybody needs a codriver. I promise to be hard on it Wink
