Well I thought I would make this post so more people realize who I might be. My name is Adam Jordan and I grew up in Harrisonburg and found MM through .RJ on H-T. Hopefully next year after school ill be starting a business in Harrisonburg and will be able to provide MM with a sponsership Anyway's im currently attending College at Nashville Auto & Diesel College. Growing up and I was always around Honda's but I came to NADC to not only learn more about cars but to gain some experience on things I never was around, so I wanted to share the latest project Ive been working on. This is defiantly not my style but its been a blast so far and hopefully will make it in a Truck Mag. when its all finished.


1995 S10 Pickup:
Complete all around bags with a 2 link suspension
Body drop 3 1/4 Front and 6 1/4 in the back
Everything is shaved
Relocated fuel cell and cap, also put in a after market heater and other junk
Totally rebuilt bed with tubs and will be able to tuck 22" rims in back and 20" in front

here's an interesting situation. lets say you have an old FC with a crapped out rotary. there are swaps you can do where you can drop a 302-350 or similar V8 engine into it and not only does it improve the weight distribution, but some specifically outfitted V8's weigh less than a 13B. plus you get the bonus of having an engine that's crazy popular so you'll have no problem getting parts/upgrades. here's the thing...

do you think its sacreligeous (automotive sense of course) to put something besides a rotary in an RX-7? kinda like a 911 without the flat 6, or WRX without the turbo-four.

this doesn't represent any of my views at all. just trying to get something started. and jack, relax.

Look no further than the Honda Fit. It was the number 1 selling car in Japan when it came out in 2000 (I think it held the title for awhile) and we'll finally be getting it sometime this year.

What makes the Fit cool is that its a pretty well equipped car for only about $10K. Its small but has a lot of usable interior, the rear seats even fold flat into the floor like the Odyssey. As an added bonus, the 200 hp and 220 hp K-series engines both fit in the 2250 lb (when fully equipped) Fit.
