I was attempting to preorder Halo 4 on Best Buy's site (because they have a $20 gift certificate bonus). But I couldn't submit my order because it kept prompting me to enter my email address with my shipping address. Problem is, there's no field for email address on the shipping address page....

i haven't set foot in that sorry place for a while for reasons like this. just appalling customer service/product support.

our company does. Which makes me sad, but we're still 150ish people, so I dont think this gives breast buy much of an excuse.

Im willing to bet anything that it doesnt have anything to do with IE or any other browser, that CS rep just wanted you off the phone.
