I was attempting to preorder Halo 4 on Best Buy's site (because they have a $20 gift certificate bonus). But I couldn't submit my order because it kept prompting me to enter my email address with my shipping address. Problem is, there's no field for email address on the shipping address page....

Gerald Irish: i tried this in Safari 6.0 and Chrome 21.0.1180.89

Clifton: IF you have internet explorer, switch to that.

Clifton: In that case, call customer service at 1-888-237-8289 so that an agent can place your order.

i haven't set foot in that sorry place for a while for reasons like this. just appalling customer service/product support.

yeah, sorry i meant in terms of some huge MegaCorp doing that. smaller companies...i get that, although yeah that's kinda sucky.

You really think that a CS rep knows anything about the development of the bestbuy website?
Im willing to bet anything that it doesnt have anything to do with IE or any other browser, that CS rep just wanted you off the phone.
