06 Audi TT LE Detail- Premier Shine

Hello again MM,
Final client of the previous week had scheduled his 2006 Audi TT Limited Edition that he had recently picked up from the dealership not too long ago. On the glove box this TT bears a "1 of 99" badge which stands for the 99 coupes and 99 roadsters Audi produced that year to mark the 99th anniversary of the first Tourist Trophy race on the Isle of Man in 1907 hence the model name of "TT."

The job took close to 7 hours to complete and comprised of a full interior cleaning as well as a full basic exterior detail with a one-step correction and a paint sealant application.

Exterior:
Zep Citrus 3:1, 5:1
Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner
0000 steel wool on the tips, followed up Mothers Mag/ Aluminum
Uber spoke brush
Swissvax Pneu Brush
Various other brushes
303 Aerospace Protectant
Chemical Guys Citrus Wash
Uber Blue Clay
Chemical guys Luber

Interior:
ShopVac
Air Compressor
Pre-spray with Folex
All interior carpets and mats extracted
Zep high traffic carpet cleaner
Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil
Lexol pH cleaner
Zep citrus 3:1 / Simple Green 3:1
Swissvax Pneu & Leather brush

Motor:
Zep Citrus 1:1
Various brushes
Dressed with 303 protectant
Jams as well as underside sealed with PW as well

Correction:
Flex DA
Menzerna 106fa via orange uber pad

After the TT had been fully washed once using the 2-bucket method, areas pre-treated with Tarminator, Zep citrus left on to dwell and strip the present LSP (wax), rinsed, clayed, and fully washed again using the 2-bucket method.......it was then blown dry and brought into the shade to be taped up in preparation for the polishing process.

Correction process:
- The car being a very light silver (and the detail being performed outside) couldn't allow me to get adequate before and afters under the halogens of the correction process, so, I stuck with photographing the black top which was the only area visible.

After several hours later the interior was wrapped up, a post polishing IPA wipedown was performed, Power Lock applied and left to cure for an hour. The sun was hiding

Rear hatch of course degreased, clayed and sealed with Power Lock:



Lots of room, rear hatch was pretty cool, reminded me of a certain styling cue from the R8
