heard about it a while ago, but so many tracks get announced and nothing ever happens (DragonsRidge.....) so I didnt want to get my hopes up. Between running out of money, and locals opposing tracks, they often never get off the ground.
Thats awesome if its under construction though, very good sign! Did you hear when its supposed to be finished? And it looks like a pretty fun track.
Spencer is about an hour north from me, so once it's finished if any of you guys make it down there feel free to hit me up for a free place to crash

I think High Rock is the track that originally the builders wanted to be some sort of exclusive country club with no days open to the public. Sounds like they have since been disabused of that dumb ass idea.
I think in the next 5 to 10 years they'll be a good number of new tracks built since all of the current ones that aren't shitholes can't keep up with demand. The big problem of course is getting approval to build the track but the limiter won't be money.
