JAW -- Just Another Wideband

Some of you have probably heard about this, and some of you I've tried to tell but you're never really online, you just, like an asshole, go away without putting up an away message.

Anyway.

It's a Wideband Oxygen sensor for 45 fucking dollars:

Ok, so for 45 bucks you don't get a display and you have to put it together yourself and you have to buy an O2 sensor also. But 45 bucks!

It's 90 assembled with the LED readout. Reads from 10.18A/F to 34.28A/F, in not quite decimal steps. It has datalogging capability with an RPM input, it's totally fucking sweet for the price.

Just thought I'd share. I'm gonna get one for the Mazda, I think, before I go buy any goodies so I can get a sense of what my mods do to my air fuel ratio.

But seriously, for that price there's no reason for anyone here with a turbocharger to not have one.

Edit: I almost forgot, he offers group buy discounts (10+) of 5 dollars without display and 7.50 with display with a discount on shipping. Maybe something we should look into?

Just get an LC1, it's $200 and comes w/ a sensor, as you know they cost almost $100. I'd like to know how they do the calibration and deal with sensor age? Innovative is the only wideband that stays accurate even as the sensor ages.

Well, I already have an LM-1. I'd sell/trade it but...It's nice to have a mobile system if I want to look @ another car or something...

See if you can get just the LC-1 cable then w/o the sensor. You know the quality Innovative makes and they stand behind their product. You need to be pretty darn sure of the accuracy of the signal getting sent to the megasquirt, just not sure I'd trust it to some wide band hack.

im sure itll be easy to interface with megasquirt, all it needs is a 0-5v output. Pete id like to see your megasquirt setup. Just curious since i had it on the RS and all. I could have sold you my MSnS setup if i had known you were going to do it. But for a awesome wideband i dont think you can beat the plxm300 for the size, price and accuracy, if you are looking for a permanent setup.

that's odd. There is a link in my previous post. To me. When I goto edit it, it isn't there.

can you see it that time?

*edit* dammit... I doubt it. It's doing the same thing. There's some extra funky chars that show up and it's not in the edit screen when I went back to type this, but it's there plain as day once I submit. :dunno:

*double edit* ok now it's really gone. Go here:
14point7 dot com, click wideband controllers, then NAW_OEM.
if I actually try to make it a link, it screws up. :dunno:
