I know scooters are not equal to motorcycles, but I saw a guy smoking a cigarette while riding a scooter on Rolling Road. It was lightly raining as well.

I once saw a transvestite prostitute going down an alley rolling drunk bums for change. The non drunk ones would sometimes approach it, and in response it would pull up its skirt and they'd run away screaming incoherently.
