LX bodies at Autoxs (300, Charger, Magnum)
#1
Anyone ever see any 300, Magnums, or Chargers at autocrosses? I'm interested to see how a 300hp car with about an acre footprint gets around an auto-x course.

very cool man. The SRT-8 line also includes a Jeep Grand Cherokee, that would be a SWEET ride. I've been looking at SRT8s but they are damn expensive. Invoice on them is so high to the dealers so even where I am at its hard to get one. When do you start? If they are hiring for anything when I graduate I am going to at least apply. My resume is kinda weak (I've only worked 2 places) but Its worth a shot.

Someone had the SRT Charger at a Ripken event last year. But I can't figure out who since Philly doesn't list the car on the results Sad

It was on stock tires, IIRC, and they're automatics anyway. I just remember thinking that the Brembos on that car looked not only bigger than my StopTechs but also bigger than my *wheels*

They are incredibly fucking heavy and automatics....how do you think they did?

Yeah they might have done pretty good for what they are...but their still freaking monsters, and monsters in autocross dont mix.
