So I saw the VIN wasn't encripted so I put in a different vin where it says VIN=yadayadayada
Sometimes it worked, others it prompted to order the report. Give it a try.

Didn't work for me, i copied and pasted the link in a new window, changed the VIN, tells me it found records then asks me to buy the report... thanks anyways!
