So, i've had two interviews with this company...get an email saying "I'm going to reccommend you for hire after I speak to 'the executives' and get back to you early nxt week"...well, I get an email today saying "Please send your resume again in a word document (which it was all along)"
..now, I know they had at least 5 printed copies of my resume when I was up for interviews, and shemust have the emailed original to print from...why did they ask for it agian?
Also...if I get this job...wait for me for the throwdown...I'm in.

yeah again about the asking for another resume, don't sweat it. Sometime the hiring people don't have the copies and several copies need to be kept. Sometimes people just goof and lose the resume and fake like they need more.

I get requests for my resume constantly. Before my interview. After my interview. After Ive been here for a week, after Ive been here a month, in fact I just got 2 requests yesterday. There are different departments, people submitting your resume for proposals, HR systems different from the departments, etc and they dont usually talk. Deal and move on, is it really worth getting bothered by?
